How to use your musical tracks for optimum transformation
Play the voice track of your choice over and over again. Sing along with it, enjoy it. The frequency embedded in the sound and the words will be entraining your energy to match the song. Most of the songs have a built in 'life coaching' element to them, although they don't specifically tell you what to do with your life. They open the energetic doorway and your Angels and your Soul will guide you forward for what is right for you.
Once you have finished listening to your song (you can go for as long as you can stand to hear the song!!) take some quiet time alone. You don't need to sit still but make sure you are not using your phone or looking at television. Be still inside of you and you will feel the energy settling...
You can set an intention for something in your life from this still point within. If you don't know what to intend or you do not know how to set an intention just quietly say the words, "Please help me to use this energy in the best way for me now" or something similar to this.
